jtWop I totally disagree! I think that IT, much the way that Nate Robinson did messes up the chemistry of the offense! He continues to force bad shots and can't consistantly make an outside shot to draw defenders. Yes he can make some crazy circus shots that get the crowd into the game but I start Q-Pon at the 2 and bring IT off the bench! Put a shooter(Suggs) at 3 and make Q's job easier with a smaller defender. Put Gant back in the rotation as he seems to be the only rebounder that we have and move Bresehers to his real position at the power forward.

No way am I giving up on Romar or the Team, but with these performances something needs to change!

I agree with you jtWop. I am not giving up on this season, but I am beginning to more and more find satisfaction in the cliche' - just wait til' next year.

Thanks! 5 assists and 13 turnovers. Amazing how few assists the Huskies have generated as a team. When they can't get the steals and frustrate with early defense, they are very weak. Appreciate your observations!

Talent isn't the problem. It's youth and chemistry. When we're on the road we have a huge target on our back as defending Pac-10 champions. Problem is this isn't last year's team, and they are still learning how to compete on the road against movitvated teams.

Next season three seniors will be getting significant minutes and we'll be a lot more polished. Also, this will officially be IT's team, and I think they'll play with more grit. QPon doesn't bring out the best in these guys. It's nothing against him. It's just his nature, and being the only senior, there is more riding on his shoulders than he probably wants.

Thank goodness the conference is down or things would look a lot worse.

Gonzaga also plays 2 closed scrimmages as well against top 25 teams. They played against Texas behind closed doors and another team i forgot which team.

Romar has always had a weak ASS non conference schedule playing like 10 straight home games against whack schools. As a season ticket holder and fan its a waste. It doesn't prepare these kids for crap....when u play against JV teams u can't get any better in my eyes.

One might attribute the Jeckyll and Hyde tendency to Romar's patsy at home scheduling strategy. I do like Gonzaga's method of battle tested away games with tough opponants.

IMO we really do have two teams. The at home Huskies look to be at least a top 25 while the road puppies look abandoned and lost.
