Programming Note

university_of_washington_primary_loI’m in New York this weekend, so unless I can figure myself out some technology to watch the Huskies, we’ll have limited (or no) game coverage of Saturday night’s contest. Sorry about that. We’ll be back with full coverage early next week.

I know that many of you may have noticed things haven’t been quite as active here at Montlake Madness in the last couple of weeks. Hopefully, you haven’t noticed too much, but I know I’ve missed a few days and been super-quiet on stuff like recruiting.

Anyhow, I felt like I owed it to you all to just explain that things have been a little busier in my non-blogging life and I simply haven’t had the time every day to be quite as plentiful with the coverage. If you’ve missed it, I’m sorry.

But, I’m geared up for what I hope is an exciting and successful end to this season, and, even if the coverage isn’t quite as prolific as you’ve come to expect, I’ll be here with you every step of the way.

Thanks for sticking with me. And, thanks for coming!

You might want to check Percy’s blog usually someone in the comments on the game thread posts a link to a justin.tv stream of the game.

I think your still doing a great job Josh, but I completely understand that sometimes life just gets really busy.

No need to worry about not spending as much time as you would like here. Your real life obviously must come first. Your efforts here have been outstanding as yours is one of the more interesting and fullfilling of all the sports blogs I read daily. Keep up the great work and Go Dawgs.

Not to mention, the Dawgs have been a bit of a mind fuck this season. Kinda dilutes the desire to post consistently. No need to apologize. This blog is totally tits.

generally a good thing-no? or did you mean to finish with an up?

btw the ‘other’ blog has a four foot mind numbing thread bicker on the quality of Percy’s blogging…

I know, howitzer. That was one of those threads that you felt domber for having waded through. Except for jed, who brings intelligent commentary to even the stupidest subjects. But yeah, I read it. Wish I hadn’t.

It turns out there is actually a lively gang of us UW alumni in NYC who turn out for the marquee bball games (and show up in great form for pretty much all football games). Next time you’re in town you should check out the NYC UW Alumni group on Facebook or just show up at Rattle ‘n Hum bar at gametime!

    Go Dawgs!
