Seriously,
Isaiah Thomas should call Ryan Appleby. Quincy did, it has done him nothing but good and he would be the first to admit it.

Agree with most of your assessment especially Trent. My hope is more like 12-15 minutes as he is a teriffic rebounder and really good on the offensive glass.

IT's game is great for fast break or transition but really suffers in the set offense. His stats look okay for yesterday but most of his points were in garbage time(glad they don't quit though). I don't thing that IT and Venoy shoud be on the court at the same time. Gaddy or Pondexter or maybe even Suggs needs to start the set offense. Both IT and Venoy often start by dribbling because they are just not tall enough to get off a quick pass which then results in a very slow moving, out of sync set offense with whoever has the ball standing and faking passes or dribbling around a defender just to initiate the offense.

IT could develop his game. He did score on a move to the right side yesterday which is the first I've seen all season. He could also learn to find open spots ala Ryan Appelby. That would improve his three percentage and I'm sure Gaddy would find him.

A simple 3-2 zone defense would stop at least some of the 20 or so layups we gave up yesterday. Trent may be an answer there as well.
