Congratulations, Mr. Jon Brockman!

Glad to see he did well in his first 2 games. Looks like him being undersized is causing him to foul a lot. I think he had 4 fouls in each of the games, but understandably so, guarding Oden some of the time.

What jumped out to me about tonight’s game was that Brock was 7-8 from the FT line! Looks like he’s been puttin’ in work over the summer. He will do just fine in the league.

Those two played on the same Friends of Hoop AAU team together, along with Spencer Hawes, Mitch Johnson, Jamelle McMillan, and Micah Downs. No wonder they won the AAU national title. Crazy that three of those guys who played on the same team in 10th, 11th grade are now playing against each other in the NBA.

I don’t think Isaiah ever played with Jon and Martell though. He played with Spencer on the FOH team the following year when they won their second title against Kevin Durant and Ty Lawson.
